In our ongoing Staff Spotlight series, we love giving you the chance to get to know the brilliant people behind the Bell View family. This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Hayley — our Deputy Manager at Home From Home, who has recently joined the Help at Home team too.
In Hayley’s own words
“After 24 years in education, I decided on a career change. I relocated from Manchester to Northumberland in 2021 and have to say it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
In my spare time, I enjoy beach walking, reading, and baking. But my biggest passion is classical music — I also sing in the local choir.
I started working for Bell View nearly five years ago, starting in daycare, which I’m proud to say I now hold the position of Deputy Manager. I have recently joined the Help at Home team, and found my journey with them very supportive and encouraging.
Nothing is more fulfilling than knowing that every client that comes into our care is a special and unique individual who deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. I have the privilege, along with the fantastic daycare team, to make their time with us fun and entertaining — by showing love, compassion, and care.”
