What a privilege it has been this week. We had the honour of presenting not one, not two, but three long service awards to members of our incredible team — each of whom has dedicated over ten years to Bell View Help at Home.
A decade of dedication
Ten years is an extraordinary milestone. It speaks to a depth of commitment, loyalty and care that we do not take for granted for a single moment. Sonia, Rob and Tracey have each given a decade — and more — of their working lives to supporting our clients, and the impact they have had is immeasurable.
Through changing times, through challenges, and through countless moments of quiet, everyday kindness, these three have been there. They have built relationships with clients and families that span years. They have been a constant, reassuring presence in people’s lives. And they have helped shape the culture and values that make Bell View Help at Home the team it is today.

We were especially moved by the fact that the awards were presented by Dale — our longest and youngest client. It felt like exactly the right way to mark the occasion: a reminder of who we are all here for, and of the real, human connections that lie at the heart of everything we do.
